Pale golden in colour. The nose reveals fresh aromas of lemon peel, green apple and honeyed malt with hints of herbs and spice. On the palate it is smooth and vibrant, offering flavours of sweet barley, citrus zest, vanilla and light peppery spice. The finish is clean, fresh and slightly sweet with lingering citrus notes.
