🍇 Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour with subtle green highlights. The nose is precise and layered, revealing aromas of white peach, ripe pear and citrus zest, supported by notes of hazelnut, almond and gentle creaminess. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and poised, combining ripe stone fruit with fresh acidity and a fine mineral backbone. The finish is long, refined and quietly powerful, with lingering citrus and saline notes.

🍽️ Food Pairing

An excellent match for grilled or butter-poached fish, scallops, lobster, roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes and soft cheeses. Serve lightly chilled at 10–12 °C to highlight its balance and complexity.
